On March 4th Alina Kabaeva is taking part in the opening of a sports and health complex in Astrakhan. She also plans to meet young journalists from the region. This event is being held as part of a working visit by the United Russia party.

Starting March 21, 2010 “Steps toward Success” will be broadcasted on Channel 5. The programme schedule will remain unchanged.

Alina Kabaeva’s charity foundation is now accepting applications for participation in the qualifying tournament of the “Alina” 2010 festival. Qualifying tournament will be held on March 13, 2010.

In order to participate, journalists (age up to 30) must submit an application including their publications (magazine, newspaper, TV station, radio or internet publication) by email to press@kabaeva-alina.ru.
